matchstick pasta!
tonight i made dinner! this is a dish that kelly discovered on 101cookbooks.com, which is one of her favorite recipe sites (and, by proxy, mine, because she keeps making delicious recipes from it). matchstick pasta is made with short pieces of whole wheat spaghetti and pomegranate seeds--which, together, look like a matchstick--with kale in a sauce made of pureed olive oil, pistachios, garlic, and salt. it is simple and delicious and you can sneak pistachios while you are shelling them.
